  • Other locations: 5–8 business days

Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.

4. Tracking

Once shipped, customers will receive tracking details via SMS or email.

5. Delivery Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate address and contact details. Nyx Fashions is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information.

6. Delays

While we try our best, Nyx Fashions is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation Policy – Nyx Fashions

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and the order will fall under our Return Policy.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel an order before dispatch, email:

Include your Order Number and Registered Mobile Number.

3. Cancellation by Nyx Fashions

We may cancel orders due to:

  • Product being out of stock
  • Payment issues
  • Incorrect pricing errors
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions

In such cases, the customer will be informed and refunded (if paid).

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within standard banking timelines.
