We truly want you to love your purchase from nyx fashions. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to help within the guidelines below.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Requests after this period may not be accepted, so we recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives.

Unboxing Video (Very Important)

To quickly resolve issues like:

  • Damaged items
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Missing products
  • Wrong item, size, or color received

Please record a clear video while opening the sealed package. This helps us verify and process your request smoothly.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

Eligible for Exchange

  • You received a different size than what you ordered
  • You received a different color than what you ordered
  • There is a verified product defect

Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Incorrect size selected while ordering
  • Incorrect color selected while ordering
  • Change of mind or preference after delivery
  • Slight color variation due to lighting or screen display

We always cross-check orders before approval to ensure fairness for everyone.

Additional Exchange Guidelines:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • All tags and original packaging must be intact
  • Only one return or exchange per order
  • Orders below ₹500 are not eligible for COD exchange shipping

Returns

If your return is approved:

  • The product will go through a quick quality check
  • You’ll receive Store Credits equal to the product value
  • Credits are valid for 12 months on nyxfashions,com
  • Store Credits cannot be transferred or converted to cash

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Dupattas
  • Accessories
  • Clearance sale items

Refunds

We currently provide Store Credits instead of cash refunds.
This allows you to shop again at nyxfashions.com anytime within the credit validity period.

Shipping fees and COD charges are non-refundable.

Size Responsibility

We strongly recommend checking the size chart before ordering. This helps ensure the best fit and reduces the need for exchanges.
